Windows phones, manufacturers want to take the matter themselves with their own hands
Samsung, HTC, ZTE, LG and Nokia Windows phones are yet to break the 5% barrier in major markets, and sources say that Taiwanese manufacturers blame the stagnant part of the stringent requirements of the Microsoft interface.
 Redmond to give more freedom in designing their own interfaces that allow differentiating their Windows Phone portfolio in the eyes of consumers, other than simply branded Live Tile opportunity or the occasional company apartment they have now.
